Blue Shield Fire Protection is an LPS 1048 company
operated from offices in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

We provide design, installation and maintenance services for a wide range of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers, wet and dry risers, fire alarm and detection systems, and hose reels.

Blue Shield is a fully accredited and long-established company, being a member of the British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association, the Fire Protection Association and the British Safety Council. We have worked in a multitude of sectors and industries, supplying fire protection systems to many of the biggest names on the UK high street, plus numerous government and manufacturing organisations.

With experience in providing systems to a variety of business for many years, and in-house design expertise, we can advise on the most appropriate methods of fire protection for your building, ensuring both the property and its occupants are as safe as possible, and that all fire regulations are being fully met.

Stock & Stores

At our stores in Tring, Hertfordshire, we keep huge levels of stock. In most events, such as emergency call outs, we will usually have the required materials in stock, enabling us to service the system immediately without having to wait for parts to be ordered.

Project Managers

Our team works together seamlessly to deliver client projects on time and on budget. They are on hand for each client and ensure that through regular site visits and strict adherence to Health and Safety procedures all of our projects are carried out to the highest standards.

Installation Teams

Out on the road, our teams of dedicated fitters work tirelessly to supply high quality installations carried out to the highest standards. Health and Safety on site is of paramount importance, and all of our working foremen hold SSSTS certification and carry out regular tool box talks with their teams.

In-House Designers

Working with the latest AutoCAD programs, our designers are able to co-ordinate our systems with all other building services to ensure that once the system install commences the on site works run smoothly. Site surveys, co-ordination and progress meetings are all undertaken by our design and projects team during the course of the installation.

Service Engineers

Our engineers are fully trained and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to service and maintain any type of fire sprinkler system. They are on hand to offer client support and training. If required they can attend to carry out weekly testing of systems taking the pressure off the building owners. They can also liaise with Insurers during any Insurance Inspections, as and when required.
